Be aware that building work being carried out around (and perhaps to) the hotel, Rotterdam appaeras to be never finished and building work everywhere but still a graet location"

"Quietly surprised with this hotel, wasn't expecting much when i booked. However on arrival, we were greeted with a easy book in system, a swanky modern reception area and went to the room. Bed was a little small, but the room was really nice. Will book again if ever back in Rotterdam"

"The hotel is very convenient to the cruise port location and also the food haven. The only thing i didn't like is the steps in front of the hotel, not convenient when you're bringing in heavy luggages especially for seniors."

Their courtesy, respect and helpfulness was always genuine. The girls were very knowledgeable about shopping and where to eat in the area and made great recommendations that helped make my trip so wonderfully complete!
