Very good hotel located about 5 miles from the airport very functional well maintain and convenience. Excellent breakfast and overall I enjoy my one night state also free parking included.

My daughter had to return to the US from Barcelona on a rush basis. Best flight entailed a 15.5 hour layover in Istanbul during overnight hours. Booked hotel shuttle and room at Trademark Collection at the last minute at 10 pm (local TRT time), and I'm so glad I did. Mohsen, the night reception on May 22, was beyond helpful! In real time, he was communicating with me (half a world away in Michigan), the shuttle driver and my daughter, to find the meet up spot in the huge Istanbul Airport. Afterward, at 1:30 am, Mohsen took the time to message me that she was ok and that she had checked in. Reviews often mention the helpful staff, but he went above and beyond to assist and reassure a worried Michigan mom thousands of miles away. My daughter said the hotel was beautiful and that the shuttle was this amazing limo type vehicle. Since it was middle of the night, a hotel staff person also escorted her up to the room for safety.
