โI had an awesome time. Besides the things to do in Vexen area, the hospitality is superb. The holidays are wonderful people. The continental breakfast in the morning include some world-class, home made confitures. Ditto on the home made yogurt. Great coffee too.
BTW the two cats are great. Both friendly and affectionate.
Almost forgot to mention that is near Giverny, a must see once in your life.

โPascale could not have been more helpful. I asked for breakfast and evening meal as I was on my own and didn't fancy the drive into Songeons in the evening. The house is beautiful ( old farmhouse in style and wooden interior and Indian lights makes for a wonderful ambience). The extensive grounds are a wonderful place to relax and there are chairs and loungers all over so that you can avoid the sun or not!โ

Parking sรฉcurisรฉ. Un restaurant viendra bientรดt complรฉter cet รฉtablissement.โ
โParking un peu loin, il faut remonter un chemin en pente pour rejoindre la residence, mais des amรฉnagements et facilitรฉs pour les personnes en situation dโhandicap. Bon accueil, personnel sympathique, lieu propre et bien entretenue. A 500m du Casino de Forges les Eaux. โ
โC'รฉtait un logement ร l'occasion d'un mariage, donc je ne suis pas restรฉe trรจs longtemps. Il faudrait que la ville indique mieux les destinations... surtout... la gare SNCF !โ

โAn absolutely beautiful little hotel set in a gorgeous location near to the banks of the Seine. The guesthouse itself is simply fantastic and Bruno and Laurent are the perfect hosts, genuinely making you feel at home.
As everyone else mentions the breakfast is delicious and plentiful! If you try anything the cheeses are amazing - Iโd have gladly foregone my evening meal to eat them with a glass of local red. Weโre already plotting ways to get back soon! โ
