โAmazing stay at the resort. Special shout out to Dominique, Chetan, and Raj for making our stay so comfortable and accommodating the needs of my mom who had an injured ankle. They really took special care of her, ensured she gets the buggy on time, arranged a special resort tour for her because of her leg condition. I really appreciate their efforts. I am glad I decided to take my mom to Fazlani's on my visit to India.โ
โVery bad experience. Visited that property but there was no rooms available As I have booked room online from expedia, Even manager was not willing to help us or to solve our query...worst experience from Expedia portal and emerald resort manager....
We have to look for some other resort in last moment, rates where high but no option rather den booking....it's very sad when u drive about 3 hrs and u go to the hotel and there is no room available....it's very worst experienceโ
โThis property is located in shaken MIDC - mostly surrounded by small shops and some slums.
Hotel Room itself was good except it was not having refrigerator as it was out of service.
Hotel staff was good and co-operative.
Hotel basement area is not clean & smelly with food which needs a lot of improvement.
Hotel car parking also needs to be clean and hygiene.โ
โOne of the most clean hotel in India. Frindly staffs, big room and lobby. Very comfortable to stay.. it is in Chakan industrial area so no tour spot near there but hotel itself is really great. 2nd time to stay in thereโ

Worst experience I ever had.
To start with - property is very unclean, bed sheets are gross. I doubt they ever change the sheets and mattresses. I felt so bad that Inhad to leave the property and book another prooerty. Add to it the staff is rude and has no manners to talk to the customers
