"We arrived early and though we couldn’t check in we could store our bags. We used our time to explore beautiful Biarritz and the shoreline. Though the hope always is that you can check in early it was no problem at all"

"I really liked the hotel. We arrived after the reception was closed and they left us easy instructions to follow. We got a room that led to the beach and the view was fantastic. The room itself had the basics you need for a long stay, they only give you one toilet paper roll and a bottle of soap, so keep this in mind. It has a parking lot 100 Mts away from the reception. Would definitely stay here again."

"Access to the spa is world class, very nice and clean sauna, hammam, and plunge pool. The room was very nice as well. At the time of my stay there were improvements being undertaken. Never encountered construction noise but evidence of building/remodeling were common. Seemed like a positive sign to me."
