The Acoustic Hotel & Spa was amazing. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the staff was wonderful. They greeted us at the front door and helped with our luggage. When we checked in they brought us drinks and fresh fruit in the lobby. We had a couples spa package that was so relaxing! The front desk staff greeted us and wished us well every time we left and returned to the property. The rooms were spacious and house keeping kept everything nicely maintained and provided complementary waters, wine, and fruit. Absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful – from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was welcoming and professional. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options including both local Vietnamese dishes and Western choices – perfect for any taste. One of the highlights of my stay was the tour organized by the hotel. Everything was well-planned, the guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable.
