โThe overall experience was memorable and worthwhile. I like the closeness to nature and the overall serenity. The staff were responsive and friendly. The concierge in particular was very helpful. The only challenge was the kitchen staff. We ordered room service for dinner. It was very delayed. Breakfast was a bit of a challenge. Refills of meals for the breakfast buffet was very slow. โ
โFrom the security at the gate to the reception and the restaurant staffs, everyone was great. this is the first restaurant that the staffs actually serve you the buffet. All you do is point to what you need. this is a go to hotel for me when i am in Lagos โ
โThe hotel is lovely and modern. The rooms are big. The breakfast is terrible and itโs available for 1 person even if you book the room for two people. The breakfast was so poor, I mean 3 slice of bread, egg and a sachet of chocolate drink and milk. Another option is custard and Akara, I donโt think these breakfast options are suitable for someone with a longer duration of stay.โ
โThe location that was put in the map is not where the hotel is, I had to travel for 3 hours from where they showed it was located to where it actually was because of the distances and traffic which was the reason why I was looking to book a hotel close to the airport. I called hotels.com to complain about it and they couldnโt not help me, Which I found disappointed! The booking said the rooms included breakfast but upon getting to the property, the management said they wouldnโt give us breakfast...
