This was one of the best long weekend cabin stays we have ever experienced in Big Bear. The amenities were brilliant, the atmosphere serene and romantic, and the Spa was spot on. Thank you for a fantastic time.

Fantastic Stay

The place was beautiful, very clean, the sheets and towels were bright white and freshly washed. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. It was comfortable, and conveniently located. The decorations were cute and the beds were VERY comfortable. Plenty of hot water and the hot tub was sparkling clean and easy to use. We will definitely be back!

Bear Cub Cottage

Nice, quiet, neighborhood area. Close to food & local market. We enjoyed the spa. The Internet was unplugged, but we found the router and got it going (smart TVs). Overall it was a very nice stay.

My partner and I had a wonderful anniversary at this cabin! It wasn't spotless- some spiderwebs and stains- but overall we loved it and would come again if we were in the area! Biggest complaint is we tried to get a hold of the owners because we couldn't find the laundry detergent (if there was any idk) but got no response so we had to buy our own. Besides that, it was very comfortable and had lots of amenities. Everything seemed to be in working order. The heater worked great. The hot tub worked great. It was nicely decorated. Lovely trip!

One issue - master shower did not drain as quick so we showered in the other bathroom BUT... This property was a GREAT PLACE away from home. Though it was a 2-bdroom, it was only us two. The kitchen, living-room, and bedrooms, two bath were in great shape! We definitely loved all the amenities outside and inside! The price was worth every penny. Thanks for allowing us back to grab our hanging clothes in the closet too! NICE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT STAFF ALL AROUND! We plan to use again in the future.

The whole place is really nice. We enjoyed the hot tub, although the chlorine was too strong for a small tub. We appreciated that there were a lot of spices readily available for homecooked meals. Problems are, the cottage itself was not so clean. There were stains in the sheets when we arrived, we saw mess they just hid in the closet, the ice maker wasnt working, the backyard/bbq area wasnt cleaned as the sofas had dust and webs on it, the fire pit wasnt working as well, the wifi wasnt working and all throughout our stay we called different contact numbers even the front desk but we were being passed around and the wifi problem hasnt been solved, the aircon was not cool enough for the whole room.

Feels like home..

Our family has an amazing stay at this cabin. It was clean and comfortable.. Great location with market across the street.. huge back yard with bbq, fire pit and the hot tub was great..You may need to do a propane exchange but you can do at market.. This cabin exceed our expectations and we would definitely stay here again..

Very nice cozy cabin. But asked to drop off trash at different location 8 minutes driving Don’t understand why. There was a trash can at the property??! Did not use Hottub or fire pit

Property was nice for the price. Everything is in good condition, except for the air conditioner. It doesnt work well, which is a little inconvenient in the summertime. The house was also dirty in some places, it seemed that the housekeeping wasnt as followed up.
