John at the front desk was amazing and very helpful when notified there was no hotel parking and I needed to find a 24-hour parking garage. I ordered room service from the Hart and Huntsman and the fish and chips and oysters Rockefeller was amazing. It was an inconvenience to drop my luggage before having to find parking. 2nd & Union was 3 blocks away from the hotel and costs $32 for overnight parking. The room was awesome but the windows face the alley and heard people and their noise off and on all night. At least the bed was super comfy.

The friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. The rooms were very clean and the rooftop area was icing on the cake!!
