Alpenglow

The condo we stayed in was in a great location, surrounded by beauty. The condo was very clean, well decorated, had comfortable beds, a beautiful kitchen with everything one needed for cooking meals, and had a hot tub! Made us feel like we were at home. We will definitely return here for another visit in the future.

We were very impressed with the Alpenglo Condo we stayed in. It even included the use of the Summit Hotel amenities. And also included were lift tickets for Swifty Lift. Such a great value and beautiful condo!!

Pleasantly surprised

Stayed her for our annual Big Sky trip with friends. Pleasantly surprised to have a private hot tub, great view, and 4th bedroom with the specific unit we were assigned to. Only complaint would be that there could have been additional towels for the hot tub.

Beautiful Condo

The gal at the front desk of Summit where we checked in was quick and polite. We got to our condo and it was BEAUTIFUL. We enjoyed the hot tub after long days of skiing. I have no complaints and will definitely be staying here again!

High Quality Accomodations

The Alpenglow condominiums live up to the photos. Our group had two units. Very big and roomy, we had 3 floors and plenty of bedrooms, plus full washer and dryer inside. The kitchens were great for breakfast and an occasional dinner when not touring. Quality furniture and stocked with glassware, dishes and various utensils. Maid service is every 4th day. Views are dependent on location. A surprise that there was a jacuzzi on the deck. A great location in Big Sky!!

Excellent condominium

This was part of a trip to Yellowstone in which we planned to spend three days in the park. The condo was excellent and the staff responsive. The only problem was checking in. I called the day before just to confirm our reservation and to ask whether locating the check-in desk was intuitive. I was told yes, we had a reservation; and, yes, locating the registration desk was easy. Easy if you live and work there, I suppose. We spend about 20 minutes wandering from check-in to check-in spot before finding the correct one. Our condo was "Alpinglow," but check-in was a Summit which did not indicate on any signage that it was the location for checking in. In retrospect, I suppose the staff would think it is obvious; however, we asked two workers, neither who gave us directions that got us there. Only when I called again, said "...we are by the lake," did we get the instruction "...it's the highest building up at the end of the drive." That was all we needed. In any case, better instructions seem warranted.

Dirty Condo

The complex was very nice. It was very close to skiing and other activities. It was managed by a hotal a mile away, so all complaints were directed there. Our only complaint was all the dust and dirt that covered all the furniture, fixtures, etc.. Except for the kitchen, which was very clean. I complained and showed pictures to the employees at the front desk of the Summit. They seemed concerned, said they would have a manager contact me and no one has thus far. I will not be staying there again.

Alpengliw stay

We stayed at Alplenglow apartments for 4 nights and the overall stay was good but our unit didn't have any wifi. We repeatedly kept asking for it but the hotel staff didn't provide us with the wifi password. On top of that they were painting the outsides of the apartment and the smell was very disturbing.

가격이 약간 비싼 느낌이 있긴 합니다만 전체적으로 깨끗하고 공기도 좋고 무엇보다 펜션 집 한채의 반을 통째로 사용해서 아주 좋았습니다. Yellowstone 국립공원 West entrance 까지, alpenglow 에서 무려 50 mile 이나 떨어져 있어서 차로 매일 왕복 하는 거리가 상당합니다. 그래도 alpenglow lodge 자체는 조용하고 공기도 맑아 좋았습니다

Condo managed from hotel

The unit was very nice and only a mile or so from hotel. It could easily have slept 8 people. The accommodation did not include maid service which meant not enough toilet paper and no clean towels. We did pay $25 per day extra for clean towels. Hotel pool and gym were very nice.

Great Condo! We used it as a base to tour Yellowstone... Quite a trip to get to the nearest park entrance but a beautiful drive. Condo was in great condition and we had a blast.

Nice Condo, Missing Some Details

Our condo was was well built--high ceilings, radiant heating, lots of bathrooms--but lacked some amenities we have come to expect from accommodations with this price tag, things like WiFi, HDTV, hot tub, and functional cooking utensils. I suspect that other units in this complex might be better appointed, but it might be worth checking. The condo included access to a pool, but it's tiny, and you have to drive to the resort hotel to use it. Roof maintenance was going on while we were there, which involved a diesel-powered lift running from 8 in the morning to 6 in the evening right outside our window. These complaints aside, Big Sky is gorgeous, and it's nice to be away from the bustle of the resort base.

Great location for summer at big sky

Great accommodation.very clean lots to do a big sky resort during the summer. Really enjoyed river rafting and zip line. This accommodation was a great base for a family of10 .alpenglow had everything we needed even the hot tub.easy access to other hotels restaurants and all amenities.
