Wow , I was blown away but this resort. From views, to friendly and helpful staff, to cleanliness of the room. Had massage as well and absolutely loved it. The gourmet meals were so delicious and to my surprise they were all included in your stay, breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are looking for a quiet romantic getaway this place is a must! I will definitely come back. I don’t usually write reviews but i was so impressed buy this hotel. Every detail was taught through. Loved it ♥️

Great cabin and very pet friendly

At first I didn't know what to expect from this resort seeing as it was literally right in the middle of the hills and grass area. From the main street, it didn't look like much, but once you get into the driveway, it opens up to a beautiful location. The valet and busboys are spot on and every helpful. I like this place because the location is 5 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to downtown. Also 10 mins drive to Los Lobos Reserve. The staff are really nice. Convenient location where you can walk everywhere you want to go in Monterey. Beautiful, clean property with a superbly friendly staff. We've stayed here several times and it never disappoints!

Carmel Valley Ranch is a beautiful location. We really loved the view from our room, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was wonderful just to hike around the 500 acre property, play Bocce ball and wander around the facilities.

Planned a staycation for our anniversary and called a few days ahead to see if they could have anything in the room to surprise my hubs and to my delight, Ben was accommodating and told me about the partnerships they have with the local florist and party decorations store. They took great care of us and the room was beautiful. Amazing staff and overall just 100000/100000.

The staff was great and very friendly

This is a wonderful place. The location is right in the heart of old east Cambria, with many excellent restaurants nearby. Service great. Breakfast is very well done by a friendly staff. The house is very old, with some steep stairs, so if that's not your thing the upstairs rooms won't be your kind of place.

The property is beautiful and I appreciate it the electric vehicle charging stations. Also, the service was wonderful and the food and cafe options were delicious.

Pacific Gardens Inn is wonderfully located across from a beautiful beach and walking paths. It is close to the Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary, Natural History Museum and other attractions. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. It is lovely, cozy and quiet! The fireplaces inside the rooms are awesome!

Amazing location within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

Quiet and convenient to Monterey Bay area and Laguna Seca race track. All rooms on second floor so you do have to carry luggage upstairs.

It was great stayed 2 nights great costumer service and very good breakfast, will definitely stay here again 👌
