"From the moment we drove up, we loved the style of the hotel, the location and the amenities it has to offer. Staff were very helpful, rooms clean and updated. Loved that the hotel was dog friendly, yet didn't see dogs all over if that's a turn off. Located near a really cute center called the Barnyard where you can literally walk across for dinner/coffee/shopping. 5 minutes to beach. Great spot you won't regret staying here."

"The first night Carmel was having a heat wave and the room was extremely hot. No AC in the room and only one of the wondows open. I know this is a rare situation but it would have been nice if they had fans in the rooms for days like this. Wouldn't be much of a cost for the Inn and definitely would hve made.the night more bearable. Weather was normal after that and we had a wonderful trip. I usually stay at the Normandy Inn when my wife and I visit Carmel which is a few times a year."

"There was no a/c available. No t.v. available. The parking spaces were to small with limited space to open car doors. There was mold in the shower. The staff weren't that pleasant especially at the store. It seemed like they were bothered to help you. "
