Rooms were clean and price was great. On the down side the location felt sketchy and we did not feel safe getting back late. Access was challenging when we arrived and it took multiple calls to get access to the building and then to the rooms. Staff on the premises was super nice and helpful once we were able to connect.

The Doorcode scaner at the Main entrance didn't worked any more. That started on Wednesday. So we really had struggle to enter. Except that the environment and rooms where very clean and comfortable.

One of the greatest places i have stayed. Very clean, big and neat. Booking went smooth, check in was super easy and check out to. Recommend to everyone. Especially with kids.

The bathroom certainly had not been thoroughly cleaned which was a turn off but the place had not only a washer but clothing dryers which was a lifesaver. With a large cleaning fee, you would expect at least a clean place to stay. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but was close to a park and some good restaurants.

En effet l'accès à notre réservation nous a été refusé au prétexte que la date de validité de la carte d'identité de ma femme est dépassée alors que la mienne est parfaitement valide, et nous avons du trouver un autre hébergement. Nous demandons le remboursement de la prestation non remplie, j'ajoute que nous avons passé 2 nuits en Espagne sans problème avec les hébergeurs. J'attends votre réponse.
