Rooms look nothing like the photos and whole set up in room was poor and uncomfortable. Staff abrupt and didn't give me the breakfast that was included in my order. Also, warning to other travellers that some of the rooms don't even have outside windows.

The hotel information listed the “Terraza” as open at night, so we could enjoy the bar and the view and have a good time every night and we found that it was closed, and no refund was issued because of that… Very disappointed…

This hotel is in a great location. The hop on hop off bus stop is right across the street so we didn't need to go far to pick that up. There is a restaurant next door that was great. It's also walkable to other sites. I would recommend.

Beautiful, convenient, and comfortable hotel. Room cleaning, front staff, and facilities are so nice. Because hotel locates at center of the old city, it's so convenient to visit to anywhere. Matro station is also within 5 mints. One a problem is the window does not shut outside noise. Because outside is very noisy even until midnight, I could not sleep well.
