The staff here was amazing. Shonna and Theresa on front desk were so nice and helpful. Roxy was so sweet and kind. The breakfast every morning was great, especially biscuits and gravy. The hotel was perfectly situated practically on the beach.

Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Room was okay. Love that they don't allow pets unless service animal. Hard to find hotels that don't allow pets. I have severe allergies to pet dander and its difficult to find places to stay. Our room was pretty clean and it did not smell like cat pee or dog.

Room especially bathroom was dirty. Losts of rust throughout the room. Bugs seen. Everywhere we went smelled of weed. Had a problem with key not working and the guy that was sent to help was very rude. The ladies on Sunday were very nice to help us out but the night before being on second flood with no elevator was a pain going up and down stairs with hurt back and hip and having to get someone to keep unlocking the door. The breakfast Buffett was good. I wouldn’t stay here again
