Breakfast was simple but good. The food area was kept clean, and staff were constantly refilling items. The coffee tasted fresh, and it was a nice way to start the morning without having to go out.

Great Stay

The hotel was nice and clean. Very comfy beds and spacious rooms. Staff were very friendly. The only thing I would change is break time being at 6 instead of 630 mainly because I have to leave for work at 630 and couldn’t have breakfast

Elevators were down all weekend. Originally our room was on 3rd floor but due to me being unable to climb stairs they moved us to 1st floor. Vending machines were all empty. Room was damp, air moist. We were given 2 small towels and couldnt get more all weekend unless we exchanged a dirty for clean set. Tv remote missing. Werent allowed to eat breakfast in our room. Pillows were small flat squares. We were told we couldnt have extra.

Did not have all the linens we needed. There was construction material on the floor and the toilet seat was ready to fall off. The problem with linen carried over to the second day and the toilet seat still had not been repaired after reporting it to the office upon arrival first morning. There was no coffee made. We had to wait for them to make us some coffee and this was at 8 o’clock.. I was in room 104.

We stayed here for several weeks in late November to mid-December and it was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had. The property felt unsafe, unsanitary, and inaccessible: our room and the hallways smelled strongly of mold/mildew, and we both developed ongoing breathing and sinus issues during the stay. Fire alarms went off at random hours, there were leaks inside the building, the elevator and vending machines didn’t work, and housekeeping was basically nonexistent. The hotel advertises itself as ADA compliant because of the elevator, but the elevator was out of service the whole time. One of us has a broken foot and cannot use the stairs, so we could not practically use the room and had to stay elsewhere at additional cost. Staff were often rude and unhelpful, and some even spoke negatively about the business and owner in front of guests. We reported all of this through the booking site and directly to the property and never received any meaningful response or resolution. In our opinion, this hotel should not be operating in its current condition, especially while claiming ADA accessibility. We would not stay here again and do not recommend this property.

Room smelled, lights at bead sign did not work and lamp on desk had no shade. I have stayed in that location 4 times a year for several years and this was the worst experience I have had. Have a reservation for next month and am planing on canceling it.
