โI had booked this hotel, over the internet 2 days before we were to go and stay there and had received confirmation that it was accepted and paid for. However, when we finally got there we were told there was no booking and we would have to pay again!!!!!!! I showed them the confirmation number but they did not believe me and were very rude. Consequently we did not stay there and we had to get a taxi to another hotel. Would not recommend this place at all.โ
โI had a truly wonderful stay at Hรดtel Lounge Madiana Plage. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Philippe is incredibly kind and helpfulโwhen Uber wasnโt working, he personally arranged a car to take me to the airport. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was enjoying my time at the hotel.
The food was absolutely delicious! I especially loved the fresh fishโsea bass and doradeโprepared with care and always served with a smile. The lady in the kitchen...
โProperty has old facilities and tge bed mattress was hard with the springs making it a bit difficult to get comfortable- but the service was great โ

โComing for the US I can assure that this hotel is very clean, comfy and friendly staff, great service . PRIME location; amazing restaurants and bars at walking distance, close to the airport. โ
