Currently it's on renovation, the renovation design and everything looks good. Breakfast is limited but ok. The room is still the old kind, hopefully there's renovation in the rooms too, it's old and slightly dirty. There's is still a mini "bee hive" inside the toilet

I booked a studio room and there was a kitchenette with microwave oven and conduction cooker. There were pipe leaks in the bathroom and washing machine . Hose from washing machine was loose and came off several times during use. Reception staff not very friendly. Cleaners are friendly. Breakfast wasn't really good. But I like the spaciousness of the room and the balcony. Balcony door need fixing as it was hard to open. Bottled water only providesd on day 1 and for subsequent days, you will need to get water from the water dispenser.

Stayed in deluxe room. Spacious room with balcony. Well maintained. Breakfast wasn't great but decent. Complimentary bottled drink only provided upon check in. Subsequent nights, you will no longer be provided bottled water so you have to take water from the water dispenser. Having stayed there on several occasions, the thing I find quite annoying is that waiting for the lift can take quite a while. Also, can clearlly hear housekeeping doing their work rather noisily through the door

The room is nice. Snon smoking room & yes no smell of cigarettes too. But the towels look dirty & smell weird. What I love most of this hotel is the security. You can only use the lift if you have your room card. Love that lift style. So modern. Staff are nice & welcoming too.

If the guest always take away or not return that second card, Just apply a deposit such as rm50 to the guest who request it. Like other hotel practice. Iron also not sufficient during my second visit

First we check in the room got smelly,after we seek for Help and Inform the counter we urgent to go out but there take around 10 min just to room to do checking .i feel so disappointed on the room cleaning for this hotel.i won’t be back to this hotel anymore.plus the breakfast not nice enough.

Satisfactory stay despite little dispute.

Stayed in sizable family room, clean and comfortable. Little dispute over number of complimentary breakfast coupons. While booking website said the room stays up to 4 persons (4 coupons thus expected), the management argued that the booking confirmation slip revealed guests as only 2 adults (over which hotels.com members had no choice).
