"Hard to gate location staf member are not friendly"

"Expedia confirmed us that there will be free breakfast on our reservation but the hotel staff denied that. They said Expedia order to them says that there is no free breakfast. I have confirmation and screenshot ready to share the discrepancy.."

"Directly hotel access parking garage was available with fee. Hotel offered free Lausanne public transportation card so that we could use a metro and bus to the city center. Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. Every worker smiles and greets us. The room was sparkling clean, beautiful decorations. Bedding was super comfy with fresh sheets. However we feel uncomfortable about the room layout. We stayed in a business twin room. Shower room door and toilet door were frosted glass. Also...

"There wasn't a fridge in the room. No air conditioning either, just an old beat up fan than makes noise all the time. So we could not keep any drinks or food cold. The mattress was a thin and uncomfortable. Only 1 chair for a 4 person junior suite. Staff was great and so was breakfast. The pull out bed broke when we sat on it. No children were in the room, so no rough play. Just sitting normally. Very basic room."
