Had dinner in the pub downstairs and the food was delicious. Thank you so much Megan for being so lovely and helping me carry my heavy things in.โ
โCharacterful hotel in the centre of Farnham. Plenty of parking. Very comfortable, clean room. Easy check-in.
The food at breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Only negative was there was no hot buffet at breakfast. The hot food was cooked to order and we had to wait a long time for service.โ
โFriendly staff, very nice room with coffee machine and complementary drinks in the fridge. We had nice dinner and breakfast in the pub, was convenient for us to stay one night in the area.
The only downside was the sofa bed was not so comfortable and really squeaky! But the kids slept ok and we appreciated being able to stay with our 2 kids in the room.โ
โWe stayed in the Chinook suite and it eas beautiful. Original wooden beams, and original features which really emphasised and complemented the deisign of the room. Wonderful staff and just lovely service โ
โThe service was exceptional, also the food and cocktails. The place was really well decorated and looked elegant. Apart from one waiter at breakfast being a bit rude giving me the check without telling me no need to rush then saying goodbye to me in a kind of miserable way all staff delivered exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to people and will go back one day for sure.โ
โGood location in centre of town and easy parking at rear of hotel. Dinner here was excellent and good value for money. Our room was a good size and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would just say the hotel could do with a paint refresh, but it is an old building
