โHotel was very clean and welcoming. Facilities were excellent and room was spacious.
On arrival staff explained procedures clearly and helped us locate the nearby shop!
Location was excellent - just a few minutes walk from the Bull Ring.โ
โWhen arriving at hotel car park 2 Disabled bays one occupied by car with no blue badge and the other by a chiller unit. Spoke to staff and parked behind the chiller unit.โ

โThe parking situation was confusing on some sites it states that disabled parking is free (which is one of the reasons we picked this hotel) and when we got to the hotel they then told me that we had to pay for parking. Luckily the staff did not charge us at their discretion. The breakfast options were not as varied as advertised (only choice of eggs was scrambled and highly peppered, no mushrooms, fried tomatoes etc)but what was offered was well cooked. โStayed here a few nights and enjoyed it. Air conditioning working as it should but missed being able to open a window to get some air. Bed was so comfortable as were the pillows. Amazing shower and loved how the bathroom is configured. Parking is ยฃ15 per night and is valid up till midnight even when checking out. Breakfast was ok, caters for everyone. Yeah I would stay here again.โ
