"Hotel was great although breakfast a bit chaotic, not enough tables or staff. Sports bar service was terrible and many people queuing at least 20 mins for drinks as we did."

The Grand Hotel Birmingham
"Ordered room service at a late time of the night. Whilst I don’t expect gourmet at 1am it is reasonable to have something edible. £35 for 2 dry panini rolls isn’t really good enough and this could be improved. Also no spa - which should make the 5 star experience better."
