Very easy to find and just a short walk from New Street station. Lovely staff and a goody bag for each child, as well as a selection of colouring in and bedtime story books for us to borrow. The complimentary toiletries were Dove, not cheap!! Thank you all.

Really good location for the city centre and easy to find from New St station. Rooms were quiet, beds comfortable and a decent breakfast. With the sofa bed up in the family room, the rooms are quite cramped but fine for short stays. Not much storage space so unlikely to be suitable for longer stays but fine for a few nights.

Hotel was ideally situated for the city centre and the breakfast was an added bonus. Only issue was the heat whilst trying to sleep even with the air con on.
