The reason for.my 3 overall rating is 2 fold. 1.The breakfast is atrocious. The so called Continental breakfast had no pastries. The juices were non drinkable. The entire breakfast was horrible. 2. The bathroom is entirely to small. You can't open the door without turning sideways.

Overall it was average for this price point. Expected a little more than average with Hyatt name. I added a night to my stay before hand which they assured me (by phone) would be no problem. I was also assured at check in this would be no problem. However it eventually did confuse them, even though I did as they asked and checked out and back in the 2nd morning. When I returned to the room that evening, there were signs that someone had entered the room. Then the front desk called my room after 9pm and knocked on my door after that to verify. Not sure what they needed to verify, employee was confused but appologetic. A little unnerving for someone staying by themselves to have calls and knocks late at night. Didn't appreciate that.

Hotel is located near shopping malls and restaurants. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean. It was a gteat stay.at a great price. Will stay again.

Room was decent, there are some damage that hasn't been fixed like the bathtub drain plug was missing, but otherwise fairly good. The most disappointing aspect of this hotel was that I'm accustomed to a Hyatt place having an excellent breakfast. That is in fact why I chose to stay at the Hyatt place. Usually they have bacon or sausage or some kind of breakfast sandwich involving spinach. This breakfast was actually worse than what you'd find at a typical hotel six. At least at a hotel 6 you have a waffle maker. This was lame.

Well when I arrived the room I paid in advance was not available and on top of getting moved to another hotel which was not the same standard they didn’t have the correct information and had to call back to the Hyatt place. I should be fully refunded for the major inconvenience

The hotel room was very dirty, not cleaned before our arrival. Towels believe it or not, were limited. I checked in Wednesday and had cleaning service ONCE on a 4 night stay. One of those nights (Thursday), is the only night my room was cleaned and bed was made. However, the towels my daughter and I hung were taken, which is fine. That’s pretty normal. Except, towels were not replaced. I asked for new/clean towels Friday morning. I was told the hotel had NO towels and all were washing. I was told, once ready, towels would be delivered to my room. Unfortunately, I never received towels. I tried calling the front desk, except, the phone didn’t work!!!!!!!! I checked Sunday, without ever receiving clean towels. No one ever came after Thursday to clean or take out the trash. Please, trust me. Don’t stay here!!! Food was terrible. Consist of scrambled eggs, toast, maybe pancakes if you get there early enough and expired cream cheese. Ooh. Lastly, random dog was roaming the 3rd floor. Outside my room. Took a crap right next to the elevator. I tried to staff know. However, none of them spoke English.
