Absolutely lovely stuff, they really made our stay extra comfortable and were more than happy to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless, and the bed was really comfortable. We had both dinner and the breakfast sent to our room, and they were both delicious! Overall a really lovely stay in such a beautiful old building, and I’d highly recommend taking a walk around the grounds before you go!

Great stay, can’t ask for anything better. Stayed in the Krug room it was massive, bed was great. Bathroom luxurious. Everything has that classic luxury feel in the hotel. Spa was great too. Thank you real nice place.

I’ve stayed at a few handpicked hotels and I don’t think this hotel met its usual standard. Mainly because the hotel was tired and needed a make over. Staff were friendly and although breakfast was slow the lady at front of house was great.

Just got back from a stay that felt like a dream birthday treat and retreat. The hotel was cosy, beautiful. The ground was so peaceful, it felt like time slowed down. Every corner invited calm and rest. Above all though, was the staff. They were genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. It surpassed my expectations. I can’t recommend New Hall enough.

Our weekend stay was very good. The staff are very attentive and couldn’t do more for you. The sports facilities , swimming pool, gym, sauna, hot tub and steam room are all in excellent order and well maintained. Dining is exceptional whether it’s Breakfast or Evening Dinner. A really great place to relax in very historic surroundings.

Stated for 3 nights. It's a lovely property in pleasant surrounds and would stay again. Slightly let down by slow service at times. Mistakes with ordered. Staff were lovely and clearly very busy. Food was enjoyable with a slightly limited menu as we ate dinner twice. First night my food was lukewarm which was disappointing. Dishes sat in corridor overnight from the previous morning and room could have done with being vacuumed during our stay. Overall would recommend and would stay again but areas to work on.

Great historic building, rooms very comfy. Had an issue when we first arrived that was quickly and efficiently dealt with. Enjoyed the spa and the food in the bar was very tasty and hot.

We liked the hotel and its location suited us as the friends we were visiting lived nearby, good price for the nights accommodation, great food in a lovely setting but a little expensive, staff very helful and nothing a problem.

We had an absolutely fabulous time at this hotel, super value for the money, the staff were really nice and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to watch Aston Villa. A taxi ride is 15 mins from the hotel to the stadium and cost £25.
