Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
Self check in was time consuming and hefty deposit needed paying prior to lock room entrance. Bath leaking when turned on, dirty yellow grout shower with broken door lock on floor. Dirty with missing knob and broken seal oven, missing floor panel. Utensils were very used and sink area full of grime. Damage and stained sofabed and broken chair. All mattresses are broken sprung with thin over used lumpy pillows and stained cushions. All blinds were very dusty and dirty. Area full of drug users hanging around corridors, extra fines for parking and driving in the area with petrol or Diesel cars!
