I really enjoyed my stay - a great location in downtown Bishkek, walking distance to the sights and city centre. Breakfast was good and it was nice having the pool and sauna on site. Room was large, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
Booked for two nights but ended up staying for four. Clean property and rooms. Nice breakfast buffet. Hotel walking distance from nice green spaces.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Location was good. Bed was comfortable.
The issues:
- No phone line in room to contact room service. You have to walk to the hallway
- I tried to call the reception from the hallway twice on different occasions, no one answered. I had to walk down each time I needed something.
- Water in Shower was extremely hot, pressure decreases when adding cold water.
- 5 days in the room, bedsheets were never changed
- Thin walls. I hear the neighbors tv and chitchats.
- my room was in the main road. Almost felt i was sleeping on the street.
Conclusion : Not got value for the significant amount of money that this hotel charges.
Very good, reasonable price. Only the deficiency is the breakfast time. It starts from 7:30 AM which is too late for business clients who start their job usually at 8:00. Starting the breakfast at least 30 minutes earlier will be more than welcomed.
Very nice small hotel in the hearth of the city. Next door to the Modern Art Museum, and on walking distance to main monuments. Many dining options in the vicinity. Spacious room with plenty of power sockets. Friendly staff. Great buffet breakfast on the top floor with great views of the city. Reasonably priced. Excellent WiFi.
Property was in a central location, which was good for sightseeing. The property is split into two buildings joined by a bridge - we had two rooms, one in one building and one in the other. Housekeeping seemed reluctant to leave more than one toilet roll, sometimes no water left in room and one day room not touched at all. However, when we requested anything or needed help to book taxis etc, staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cute, comfortable, clean little hotel. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Will stay again.

Disliked: Staff & service
The hotel and its staff have lost there focus since the name change. I have stayed for three consecutive years but sadly no longer. The staff need management support which clearly is lacking

Dear our guest!
Thanks for the comments, we appreciate every guest!
Staff management will be improved, and we are working hard on this.
Lovely terrace breakfast room overlooking the city and a great pool in the basement.

THE FOLLOWING PROBLEMS MADE THE STAY DISAPPOINTING:
*FREQUENT FAILURE OF ACCESS TO ROOM USING ELECTRONIC KEY-NECESSITATING RETURN TO RECEPTION
*GREAT DIFFICULTY USING THE AIR/CON SO THAT THE ROOM WAS CONSTANTLY OSCILLATING BETWEEN TOO HOT AND TOO COLD
* FREQUENT BREAK-DOWN OF LIFT DURING USE
* FREQUENT FAILURE OF WI-FI
*NOT ENOUGH ROOM FOR STORAGE / HANGING OF CLOTHES MEANT THAT SOME HAD TO REMAIN IN SUITCASE
*NOT ENOUGH ROOM IN BATHROOM FOR TOILETRY STORAGE
*
No food available after 10:30 AM (note Wx conditions rarelly suitably for walking);
Very noisy as wind came up, between 00:00 and 03:00 could not sleep.
Small, quiet and friendly, which I prefer to the ostentation of the Hyatt across the road. Breakfasts were excellent, but I didn't try the restaurant in the evening. The desk space in the room was comfortable and well-lit for working, and the wi-fi was reliable and fast.
I was pleasantly surprised. I knew the hotel was in a good location, but was glad to see the lobby is not packed with dodgy men in black loitering. Instead, the hotel is clean and the staff are exceptionally friendly. Extra bonus: the building swings as it should in an earthquake (not promising it won't fall down like most of Bishkek's post-Soviet buildings when the big one hits, but it can handle the regular tremors).
On the downside, my bed had been slept in so many times that there was a divot on one side. And the internet login process was cumbersome, as it is in many a post-Soviet hotel.
I would definitely stay there again.
The hotel itself was really nice. Room was huge, great location, good shower and AC, great view from the restaurant, excellent customer service. Loved that they were able to make us breakfast to take with us to the airport because we had to leave at 4:30am to catch our flight home. However, the hotel charged my credit card twice, so make sure to double check your bill.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. The room was big the beds were soft (the only soft beds I have ever slept in, in Central Asia). You he staff was nice and the location was great. Close to most things.
At surface the hotel looks neat but we several times encountered that the service was faulty. From the beginning there was no light in our bathroom. I then went to the reception to ask them to do something about it. They ensured me that they would take care of it. Next couple of hours we didn't hear anything, so I once again went down to the reception. This time they promised me that they would take care of it while we were out for dinner. In the two days that we stayed there, they never took care of it.
Another problem arose when we wanted to use the pool and sauna the last evening. In the reception they had told me that it would be open from 18 to 23. We therefore planned to visit the facilities after dinner. However, when we came back at 21:30 we were told that it was closed. It was only when we started to complain that they all of the sudden changed their minds, so that we could visit the facilities.
It is important that I also mention that the rooms are neat and that the breakfast is good with a nice view. However, they seem to have a problem with the training of their staff because the problem was not with one specific staff member but rather seemed to be a general problem.
PS. on this page it is stated that airport transfer cost 820 Som but in the reception they charged 1014 Som.
The room was spacious and equipped with fridge and safe. The hotel is centrally located with places like The Ala-Too Square and The Panfilov Park within walking distance.
