Shower did not have hot water at all , even though we waited for hot water but no go. The front desk didn't want to give us more towels , she told us they were getting towels stolen . That shouldn't matter , charge the people if something is missing . You need to tend to customers and not beable to accommodate extra towels .

When we checked in, neither Cable tv nor WiFi were working adequately. Something wrong with the router, but they got it sorted the next day. They had a staff shortage and nobody emptied the trash, let alone tidy up room on request. Last, some of the guests were partying in the lot, playing loud music and leaving trash overnight.

Clean rooms, simple but good for the price. The front desk staff was rude, and not very helpful (talking on her cell phone to her sister while working). The “free breakfast” was pretty underwhelming, no eggs, bacon, or other protein….but the Looney Bean is right down the street, with awesome breakfast sandwiches and burritos.

The room was bad... the toilet leaked so it ran all night off and on loudly. The laml was missing the shade and another lamp had a blown bulb. We booked because it had breakfast, which was fine. I was amazed someone took the time to origami the end of the toilet paper but not change a bulb.
