Great hotel stay

Was very pleased with our stay. The beds were comfy and the room was quiet. I pick hotels for their hot tubs and this one did not disappoint, temp was great and pool area was well kept. Would stay here again.

My first trip to Bismarck.

Rooms appeared clean. The problem I had was with controlling the room temperature. Tried to regulate via the screen with no results. Very cool the first night. Young man came up next day and showed me the thermostat on wall which controls heat! I missed having a refrigerator in the room. The breakfasts were plentiful. Staff was helpful.

1st off... The front desk manager, Tate, has absolutely won my business for life. He was beyond helpful, and went out of his was to help me with some of the disabilities I have. He had me helped well over a week before i even got there. The room was very nice and clean. Continental breakfast was... OK... using Kabasa sausages over breakfast sausage my wife and i didnt like at all, and neither did the others i talked to... but it was ok.... Over all i thought the hotel was good, and because of Tate i will always stay there when traveling through.
