Funeral Trip

The hotel was a fantastic value. Room was quiet, bed and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast was enough to start the day. Location is very convenient to major highways and restaurants. Don't hesitate to consider this hotel when staying in Bismarck.

The room was spotless, the bedding smelled clean and the bathroom was also spotless. Something that I always look at, is the elevator and hallway. Also vacuumed and clean. I really have nothing to complain about and I will return when visiting Bismarck. Oh, and the breakfast, scrumptious

Very clean room (which the thing I look for) and friendly service at the desk. Close to lots of options for eating out. Nice treadmill. The beds and breakfast were good but not great. We would stay there again.

The staff was amazing, helpful and kind. The room was smelly and dirty. The bathroom had hairs on the commode and inside and out the tub. The floor had buildup in the corners and debris. The room smelled like a dog house. It was heavily sprayed with its air freshener but it didn’t work. The night manager came and took pics and agreed it stunk. No other rooms available that night. I want our money back. I should have to pay for a filthy room. I chose that hotel because the customer rating was high. Very disappointed. Room needs a complete shampooing, deep cleaning. Especially after pets stay.
