โExcellent hotel, very smart and classy, the staff were fantastic and go over and beyond customer service.
The area is well situated for the old town which the best part of Bilbao to stay, with easy access to plenty of great restaurants, bars and eateries. Transport links are also very good with trams on the doorstep and bus/train stations within a five minute walk. All in all an excellent hotel and stay. Mark room 14 โ
โThis was a well-located, modern, and architecturally interesting hotel. We loved our very comfortable room and the breakfasts were also excellent. โ
โThe property was situated in the old town in a great location. A little tricky to find at first but once we located it was great to explore Bilbao. Parking at an additional cost was close by.โ
โAbsolutely loved our stay, clean and comfortable. Some noise from the street as expected. The walls are thin so could hear "adult time" from the room next door. Luckily it did not go on all night, but someone was being very naughty (judging by the spanking that was going on.)โ
โStaff was really kind. And i liked arcade game machines yeah it was cool. But everytime i go in to my room the airconditioner turned on and i didnt notice it until i get cold.โ
