Sep 23, 2019Spearfish canyon drive is amazingly beautiful especially in Fall season when the trees are in a cornucopia of colors. Take the top on the car down and really enjoy the scenery.

Location is Great, so close to all attractions and plenty of dining establishments. Housekeeping waa an issue, they clean room every 3 days you have to request it upon arrival. We did and we even called and they still didnt clean the room. Was very disappointed.

May 28, 2019Be sure to travel Needles Hwy (1st) & Iron Mountain Hwy (on the return trip) through Custer State Park (fee but worth it). Stunning views. Allow 2+ hours because it’s very curvy. Two of the tunnels on Iron Mountain Hwy line up perfectly for views of Mount Rushmore.
