“I recently travelled to Preston to attend my master’s degree graduation ceremony with my daughters . We spent one night in an apartment somewhere in Preston. This apartment was booked on another platform. We left earlier than scheduled,because we didn’t like the place . Fortunately.i visited Hotel.com in our desperation to leave the apartment due to its filthy state ,and thank God that there was an available room at Hampton by Hilton .

“We stayed here as a base for a family wedding, using 5 rooms. Everyone said how good the pub was and the rooms were lovely and quiet.
My husband and I had a meal on the night of arrival which was excellent. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
It was nice to have plenty of tea bags and milk cartons in the room instead of the usual 2. Very comfortable bed.
Can’t fault it at all.
Would definitely recommend over the nearby garner hotel as we dropped someone off there and it stank....
“We needed to be able to check in an hour earlier than stated as we had to get changed and travel to a wedding.
The staff were very helpful and allowed us . Result , we didn't have to get changed in the toilets at the venue and made it on time suited and booted 😂 ”

“I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. We would like a refund for at least one night. If not both. This definitely is not a Hotel. The outside stairs were not safe the handrails were...
