This is a great hotel for a stay in central Blackburn. We were here for the festival of making which was on our doorstep. The bed was very comfy with good linen, great shower and overall had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were exceptionally helpful

A great place to stay.

What a brilliant hotel. I spend a lot of time in hotels for work and it’s rare to find one as good as this. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean, well fitted and comfortable. Parking onsite is easy and there are some great restaurants nearby for dinner. It’s my favourite hotel in Blackburn.

Lovely

Lovely hotel and the staff were so friendly. Unfortunately they had a stand in chef who didn’t understand what I meant by gluten free. The guy on reception sorted me out some breakfast for my second morning.

The room was very spacious and we enjoyed our stay but when asked if they had a refrigerator they said No. we had some food that needed refrigeration and they didn’t even have a small portable fridge that we could rent. As a result we had to throw our food away. The staff didn’t seem terribly interested in trying to help us or find workarounds which was disappointing. There was also no air conditioning and we had to open the window to let cool air in but this also result in some street noise coming into the room. That said, if you just need a good night sleep they provided free parking in the back and it was a comfortable quiet night sleep.

Breakfast was very poor, the cooked option was chicken sausages which were like shoe leather and not nice tasting, turkey bacon?? Awful. I asked for poached eggs they were hard and im sure they were microwaved. Overall the cost was £17.50 per person. My daughter only had a banana and juice.

The hotel was very nice but the area around it is a bit run-down. Fortunately they provide excellent security, 24 hour service on the desk, and the hotel was exactly what we wanted.

Superb modern quality room great nights sleep

A great place, recently renovated, centrally located in Blackburn, Parking adjacent to the property, fantastic standard of décor, literally nothing to pick at particularly for the price. Guys at the hotel are friendly, loads of choice for breakfast in a relaxing dining room. Comfortable bed, great nights sleep, free WIFI to get my work finished. Great Curry house a minute walk away not expensive and highly recommend. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Nice suprise

Arrive late 2200 and a member of staffed booked me, he upgraded my room and personally took me up to my room. The bed was very comfortable and I slept straight through. Perfect stay
