"Blackpool has so many hotel rooms, so many holiday flats... but not many with any level of comfort. The Park Road Suites are an exception. Very comfortable, clean and reasonably central. We also gained the benefit of free on-site parking. YES, I would stay again YES, you should book!"

The free parking on the front was brilliant - always been a struggle for us finding overnight parking close to where we've stayed so having the car just outside was amazing. "An excellent place to stay as I needed somewhere with the comforts of home to use as an office for a few days working away. Everything was there that I needed to cook, eat, shower and sleep while it was just a short walk to the tram stop for transport up and down the coast. Also in a quiet part of town but close enough to get to the noisier parts if you wanted - just a 20 minute walk to Blackpool North station so ideally placed for me."

"Everything needed for a stay in self catering accommodation is there. Owners always available, either in person, or by phone. A fair walk - 10 to 15 minutes - from the sea front or town, bus stop for half hourly service to town centre just 50 yards away."

"Very warm welcome on arrival. Friendly lady showed me how to use everything before leaving us to enjoy our break. Very clean and well kept. There is parking on main street but very busy too. Tram to main strip just at top of street. Honestly appox 3 min walk away. Very close to the beach again 5 maybe 10 once down the stairs. Ramp at property also down to promenade "

"Good location. Count on public car park parking at £15-20 for up to 24hrs. Nicely presented apartment but the bed/mattress was dire so not a comfortable night by any means. "
