โI like the cleanliness of the Parker and the friendliness of the staff. I have had no issues with my service animal, like no rude or unprofessional questions that are not allowed to be asked (in other words their staff is very well trained in this area unlike many high end hotels where they havenโt been trained and God help you need a service animal in their bourgeois hotel)! I also like the fact that this hotel is just as high end as Cherry Creek but, without the same cost and itโs much closer...
โMy family and I loved our stay there was always someone at the front desk. My only issues that aren't really problems were the hotel only has one microwave its placed in the lobby, so having to warm up something meant going downstairs. Second coming from a tropical climate the pool was always extremely cold so we forced ourselves to use it once in our almost 3 week stay. We loved our stay โ
โI love the staff . Manager was mean . Then I never got my deposit back and the room ceiling is caving in with moldness and I couldnโt take a shower and I killed a big cricket earlier โ
