"I think the property was friendly to pets. It had a lot of room in the front & back yard, along with a lot of space in the living room & kitchen. The bed is big, so your pet could definitely sleep with you on it or they could go into the guest bedroom too. There is a massage chair that was definitely relaxing & the place was clean"

"It was by the Lakefront which was good . The Bathroom door in the room was not good as it was not a proper door. The rolling door got stuck multiple times and could not open or close . The Window knob broke and had to call in housekeeping to fix it and close the window ."
"Very clean room and bathroom
Try to pick a room front port, at the street was a bit noisy
The parking is very big
The Wi-Fi was very good
The pressure at the shower was slow"
"Worst stay at a Wyndham property ever! Late flight had us arriving after midnight, at hotel after 2am. Night front desk guy was polite and kind and that’s where the “good” ended. Went to our room, opened door with keycard only to find people already in the room sleeping 😳 Went back downstairs and got a different room but this one smelled like vomit until we got the temperature down. “Complimentary” breakfast had no eggs, yogurt, fruit, pancakes or muffins but the setup indicated those items should be available."

"There was a little bit of maintenance that would make it more attractive. My wife & I were thinking that the sheets could have been changed once a week, seeing that we were there 2. It was a very well kept place and handy location for the traveling that we did. The staff was very helpful and polite. Thank you for helping make our stay very pleasant."
"This was a nice hotel for our purpose of going from Southern Alaska up to Denali. Overall it was a good experience and we would stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
It’s clearly an older hotel and the rooms are very basic but if you are looking for a safe, clean place to stay this is great.
Our one big issue was the lack of blackout curtains. Luckily we had eye masks to block out the near constant Alaska In June sunlight.
Investing $50 per room in blackout curtains would be a wise investment and would likely increase repeat customers in the summer."
"A very nice hotel which was walkable to the tour pickups that we needed for our 3 different tours. And we were lucky enough to have a view of the mountains out our window!"
" Check in staff were abominable. No greeting. Room Aircon was incredibly loud rattle. The fridge was sitting in the middle of the room. Used drinking glasses not changed. Ice bucket left used in room because apparently they had run out of insert bags. Cleaner had left cleaning spray products in room & hadn’t restocked soap etc. We went to the hotel restaurant & waited 20 minutes to get order taken. Waiter kept disappearing & when he appeared he was quite argumentative. At least 2 other guests left after not even having water delivered after 30 minutes.
There were only 10 TV channels & 4 did not work. Eventually the maintenance guy came & fixed the TV. Ice machine did not work. There are 2 towers and we were never given any direction which one to take & therefore ended up lugging our luggage up & down the lift twice.
In one tower there was only one lift working. The other was used by staff to deliver luggage. It took 10-15 minutes to get in a lift at the busy check-in time.
I heard numerous people with complaints while I waited in line to speak to the manager!
The location was good.
But I would never recommend this hotel. "
