"I think the property was friendly to pets. It had a lot of room in the front & back yard, along with a lot of space in the living room & kitchen. The bed is big, so your pet could definitely sleep with you on it or they could go into the guest bedroom too. There is a massage chair that was definitely relaxing & the place was clean"

"When I rang in advance to book the shuttle from the ARR station I was told that they only ran shuttles to/ from the airport. When I arrived at the hotel I was told that this was not correct and they do run shuttles to/ from the station. (obviously too late then) I also booked a shuttle to the airport for the day we were leaving for 7:30 via the reception. When we came to reception for this I was told that it was booked for 7:00 and we would have to wait until 8:00. The driver was good enough to take us at 7:30 but this could have been a problem. We had trouble with the electronic door keys. Initially they worked but then kept on failing so we had to go back downstairs for reception to rest them. On 1 occasion the batteries were replaced in the mechanism but after that they still failed. The breakfast was poor but we managed a couple of bagels with cheese. Overall not the best experience."
