"The staff were less than helpful, There was no car parking anywhere near the hotel. It was student accommodation and not suitable for mature aged travellers. We chose not to stay here and found another motel."

"I didn't realize this was a student dorm facility that apparently they rent out during the summer months. No air conditioning in the room and it was quite warm in there. "The hotel was in an amazing location and it had a very nice outlook, especially if you could afford the riverside. The use of the pool and gym next door was nice and we did take advantage of that. The beds were really comfortable and it was quiet. Something that was a little be frustrating was that their parking has a barrier that was high enough for our vehicle which led you down a ramp that had a lower barrier. Not noticing this at first we scratched our vehicle, and then had to reverse the wrong way out of the ramp. The height on the barrier signs should match. The person I spoke to wasn't overly pleasant but did offer us a different place to park. And the woman that checked us in was really pleasant. This is why this hasn't affected the review."
