"Was fairly easy to find, conveniently located if you are going to the Christmas Market int he Ravine. Although the email said we had to collect the key from the safe due to late check in, there was someone at the reception who not only checked us in but walked us to the room & showed us around. "Very welcoming staff. It is a small hotel with a homey feel. I checked out and after roaming around the town a bit realized I had no place to go until my colleague returned with the rental car. I went back to them and they were more than happy to let me "hang out" in the restaurant area until I had a place to go. They even served me a beverage even though it was early in the day and the restaurant had not opened. I enjoyed my stay. They went above and beyond in making my stay pleasant."
