“Check-in itself was quick and straightforward, but the staff weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming — not rude, just not warm. The room was hot when we walked in, which made it feel like it hadn’t been properly prepped for our arrival. On the plus side, the A/C was powerful and cooled the room down fast. Unfortunately, cleanliness was the bigger issue. The linens didn’t feel clean, and the bathroom had noticeable substances on the door and walls that should have been caught before...

“Mold everywhere, on the ceiling, under the mattress, condom boxes laying around, food stuck to the wall in the rooms. And this was two different rooms that I checked out and ended up getting a refund instead of staying here. The health department should shut this place down.”
