"The hotel & visit itself was great. Just a bad timing on maintenance between renos, floors, & elevators. Happens but maybe should've suggested a different location. Otherwise, everything was great. Staff were great & we'd come back."

"We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was such a great hotel and location We had two rooms for the three of us and we would mostly hang out in one room. We both had the same room, it was the one King bed with kitchenette. Each building has all the same rooms in it. In the kitchen that came with a coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a tea, pot, and a kettle. The mini fridge either has a full fridge and a small freezer inside or it has a split fridge freezer. The room came fully stocked with Four sets of cutlery, coffee, mugs, glasses, dinner, plates, small plates, bowls, beer, mugs. It had scissors and a few serving spoons. Sponge dish soap and dishwasher. Pods were refreshed every day, as well as the coffee and tea. Atrium comes with a balcony or deck, with two Muskoka chairs, and one hammock The bed has a sealable mattress cover so bedbugs can’t get in The location is right across from the blue Mountain Village and it’s a five minute walk There’s an adult pool and hot tub as well as a family pool. And they leave pool towels in your room. Overall, it was an excellent stay and the property was super clean and convenient. If you have a bottle for you near the parking lot, you have an option to use your patio door to exit and enter, which was so handy."

"Hate to complain, but...... When you list a pool and hot tub I counted on using them. 2 days that I was there neither was working. The walls were so thin between units the gentleman next door woke me snoring. He was not loud and I sleep pretty soundly. You could hear the people having a regular conversation. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the amenities were nice. I just have a problem with advertised features that always seem to be down."

"We were really satisfied with everything during our stay at Blue Mountain. The staff were friendly, the accommodations were comfortable, and one highlight was that we received two gondola tickets along with a $20 meal voucher. It really added to our positive experience!"

"The lack of elevator was an Inconvenience given that we were on the second floor. Getting luggage up and down two flights of stairs was a bit of a workout. Don’t know what the elderly or people with accessibility issues would do. Room was huge. Bathroom and bedroom huge too. Only downside of the room was there was absolutely zero view. The windows were completely frosted. We could not see out of them at all. The food and service in the dining room was good. Front desk staff were friendly. Location was great. Collingwood is such a lovely town! Despite the issues with the lack of elevator and view from our room, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again."

"The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, well -considered for our families. During the time of our stay, it was being renovated, so the rooms were much improved. Was well planned for construction, nonetheless came with some dust and detours. Surely it will be beautiful this summer. The gym is a bit dated and small pool and hot tub are great. Parking underground is very convenient."
