Very neat and tidy hotel in a awesome location. Comfy beds. Nice hot shower. Very helpful staff. Located across the road from the QVB and 1 minute walk to trains or light rail. Close to many great restaurants and shops.

No ice machine and no ice from reception and when we asked for some tall glasses we were told no, we fon't have any. Then we asked for some small glasses and the hotel person demanded to see the cupboard (we showed them that a 2 bedroom apartment only had 3 small tumblers), I don't think they believed us. Then he produced 4 tall glasses.

Check in quick, staff very nice & friendly, spa great with lovely pool & gym, sauna. There was parking but didn’t use it. Close to cbd & Circular Quay.
Apartment 2704 newly refurbished 2 bedroom with very large rooms with huge large kitchen & large lounge room with dining table with very large balcony but not able to use as still doing upgrades on balconies.

"Check in was great with great instructions on how to get to the room. Room was a little barren, but ok, however the bathroom had mould in it and the water pressure was terrible. Bad when the temp is under 10 degrees. Not a terrible experience, but not great."

"Hotel is just old and looks like they tried hard to maintain but the room is quite dated. The shower leaks and the floor squeaks. And the elevator is so old and slow that we decide to carry our luggages up second floor. Very old hotel in a sleepy town. And they don’t serve dinner on Sunday nor ..."
