โWe were most impressed about the outstanding friendliness and hospitality of the staff. Felt like in a Japanese Ryokan where the guest is king. One hick-up with the restaurant at the first night, which was charmingly fixed by the management.โ
โJust a suggestion. I am disabled and was placed in a lovely room on the 6th floor. The fire alarm went off and my concern is how is someone in a wheelchair going to evacuate without the elevator. Maybe all ada rooms shouโ
โThe hotel is beautiful, well maintained with a large bar and restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The food was delicious. Isabelle, our server was kind and attentive. The General Manager went above and beyond in addressing our needs. All staff we came into contact with were friendly, approachable and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity! โ

โI'm a smoker and was so glad to see an option for smoking rooms.I had expressed my desire for a 1st floor room and they made it happen..it was a quiet stay..stayed for 2 nights,and let me mention the breakfast was great! Hot,fresh and good selectionsโ
