“Location very central. Bit problematic for check in as I arrived by 12ish and were on long haul flight was tired with some layovers . Cleaning was bit issue as standing shower conditions was ok ,shower door was broken .Staff super friendly and very helpful ,met a nice guy apologize forgot his name ,met him by 9 pm . He helped me a lot even buying in my train ticket. Though I was my first day in Morocco but he educated and guided me a lot about city ,attractions and went through by many things...

“We were driving in and we had no problems finding the place. It dif not look like much from the outside but the inside is very nice. We were greeted by Aya who was extremely polite and nice and informative. She showed us the rooms to make sure we were happy with what we were getting. Lovely young lady. Loved the hotel it was quiet and very comfortable. Rooftop is fun too and we loved the inside parking. We highly recomment this place as it is very secure.”

“Mon séjour à l'hôtel a été dans l'ensemble agréable. L'établissement est propre et confortable, offrant un environnement accueillant pour ma famille et moi. “Check in was kind of wonky. They don't accept euro coins as payment for local taxes but take euro paper. Which is kind of confusing since it was only 4 euro to pay the local taxes I didn't have local currency in a low enough denomination to pay so I had to wait an extended period of time to have them get me change for 200 dirhams. The check-in person which I don't know his name because they did not have a name-tag or give a proper introduction was egotistical and condescending. Which is not good...

“Malgré plusieurs demandes aucun draps pour nos 2 enfants, il est indiqué petit dej possible sur place avec supplement hors aucun repas sur place. Nous avons réservé pour 5 et seulement 2 petites bouteilles d’eau de 50cl. Lavabo bouché, serviettes sales et il n’y en avait pas assez pour 5 nous avons dû reclamer. Pour les draps nous avons attendu jusqu’a presque 00h des draps et aucun draps n’a ete fournis on nous a indiqué un manque de linge donc mes enfants ont dormit sans linge de lit et ils...
