"Our group of 3 stayed here for 3 nights and it was the best experience. The cabins are just like the pictures and in a quiet area that is very peaceful and relaxing. The home cooked breakfast each morning and one home cooked dinner we enjoyed were just delicious. The owners were beyond welcoming and so friendly and their dog is the cutest thing we’ve ever seen. We would recommend this place to anyone looking. To visit Phong Nhã. We also used their free bikes to bike into town for meals which was a lovely time. They also helped us book tours which were all great. All in all this is a wonderful place. "

"This property wasn’t in great condition. The pool needed some love, it had stains and had green algae growing on the metal fixtures. The paint was peeling off of the pool chairs and it didn’t look comfortable. The bedding wasn’t great, the bed was uncomfortably firm and the AC wasn’t working well. We left and found accommodation somewhere else. "

"We stayed here for 2 nights and our stay was great. The receptionist was especially great and always went above and beyond whenever we would ask for things. For example, we asked to ride the bikes late in the evening and he went and got them and adjusted all the seats and made sure they all had lights on. When one didn’t, we had our own light that he went and got something to secure it to the bike. When we had to leave, it was quite early and we needed our clothes washed so he organised it to be washed dried and folded all before 7am! Highly recommend this hotel"

"Excellent hotel. Family run. Lovely family. Looked after the guests. Cooked dinner for us too. Were there when even we asked for anything, help, food, directions. Ching the daughter is very efficient. Mother excellent cook. Pool is very big and surrounded by mountain was the real good thing. But to caves as well as to Hue was booked by them without any extra charge (unlike other hotels)."
