The Queen Suite room was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am allergic to air fresheners, and the room was wonderfully unscented.

I had an inside room with no window. It was dark and the only way to get natural light was to open the curtain facing a sitting area--very exposed. The room temperature could not be regulated. There was no thermostat. It was uncomfortably warm and stuffy. No bottled water was provided as is customary in Mexico.

Beautiful hotel, with spacious rooms. Except bathroom which is extremely small The only complaint I have is about their internet access. Is terrible the signal didn't even reach our room and when I asked the front desk the response was "Yes, we have that problem always'! I asked how many access points they have or WIFI extenders and the response even went from bad to worst "None!" in other wors they only have one router for the entire place which is ridiculous.
