"The room was dusty, with cobwebs in every corner, and the fridge smelled awful. It’s very noisy in the mornings in a CityView room; the windows aren’t soundproofed at all. Breakfast was simple, with a basic selection of food, but overall everything was tasty and fresh. Parking is available right outside the hotel on the street, or in a private, enclosed car park, but there are only 15 spaces. Yet the number of rooms far exceeds that."

"An outside construction was in progress during my stay. Quite unpleasant, just outside of my window. At the arrival, I received a bottle of Italian Frizzante, as an apology. Nice gesture. Bed was confortable, room was clean. However, drain in the shower did not work well. Breakfast was OK, but with pastry few days old. Check out was not very pleasant, basically ruined my stay. I was left with mixed feelings."

"The location is fantastic. It’s very close to everything. You can visit all the highlights of the city in the restaurant. They have a good breakfast. The reception was really good. He needs a little update in the air conditioning is not that great."
