"Kendra was wonderful, but she was the highlight of the visit. The website advertises complimentary wine upon check-in as well as a host a amenities. We were expecting a 4 or 5 star experience given the enormous price paid for a single room. There was no wine offered at check-in. The jacuzzi was broken. The mini-golf and outdoor activities were not useable...no balls, a completely un-maintained area, etc. The room was nice, but staring up at the HVAC vents showed spider webs and dust. ...
