The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. The bed is a bit stiff but the place is very clean so I'll take that over anything. Many different options in the breakfast buffet. The area felt pretty safe and there's options for a coffee shop or convenience store within a couple of blocks.

Cleanliness & Comfort Very high marks for how clean the rooms and common areas are. Beds, sheets, general room comfort are Great. Staff & Service The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel team goes out of their way to accommodate needs. Good Location It’s in a safe, upscale part of Bogotá (Chicó / Chapinero / near the World Trade Center / Parque 93) with easy access to restaurants, commerce, etc. Breakfast & Food Breakfast: variety, freshness, decent restaurant food. Dining on site is appreciated. Spacious Rooms / Luxury Feel Suites are large, often with apartment-style features, which many guests like. There’s a sense of luxury in decor and amenities. Carolina, Hector, Romain, Ernesto, Luis they go above and beyond in service, very accommodating. Will come back for sure!!

"The service is exceptional with the whole team focused on being sure you are happy with your experience. We especially liked the outdoor dining space, Cornelia Restaurant, with its amazing breakfasts and relaxing lunches. The brakefast was excellent and the staff at brakefast was the best ever. The hotel is so well situated! A few steps from a bank, mall Andino, Andres DC restaurant, more restaurants and stores Park 93 with many more restaurants all walking distance. Very safe neighborhood with guard at several places, even if it’s walking distance from all of this it’s in the middle of a very quiet residential upper scale place. We went with our kids and were delighted by this hotel. Will definitely go back!

Fantastic stay

This property is amazing. It's home away from home. Everything you need is here. I booked a suite because it was the middle of my travels. I was able to prepare meals in the kitchen.I was able to wash my clothes to continue to my next destination. They were so accommodating I told them my bed was too firm they added a mattress pillow to my satisfaction. The food in the restaurant was good. The amenities where nice. I cant say enough about the property. I liked it so much I extended my stay.

Outstanding property

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a hotel. The customer service was beyond 10. The restaurant was good the property was spotless. They went above and beyond. My first night I couldn't sleep the mattress was extra firm. I mentioned it enquired about a not so firm mattress. When house keeping came to clean the room they added mattress pads to my bed.

“Shortage of coffee” = scandal

The Hotel itself was ok. We were shocked when the Hotel did not have coffee for our room. We asked for 2 coffee but the clerk only brought 1 cause didn’t have more!!!! Can you believe it! Colombia being the third worldwide exporter! This happened for 2 days. Also when we checked in, the clerk at reception made a mistake in the payment and my wife had to go down again and pay again. Same thing the day of check out, another clerk took ages to gives the bill. The only time pleasant person was the waiter Gabriel who was kind, quick and professional.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Overall good hotel but the smaller and cheaper rooms have no air conditioning making it hot to sleep. Plus, the windows are razor thin allowing outside noise inside the room. Despite my earplugs I can hear the street noise mostly traffic jams inside the room. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast should have been better. They keep serving old bread. Not a single day I had fresh bread. They put the bread out there without any protection and the air is drying them quickly. But I also asked fresh bread at one time, day bring a day or two old bread. That’s true for all four different kind they bread they serve. I won’t stay there any longer.
