It's an hotel with potencial. The staff are very kind and proactive. There isn't breakfast on Weekends, airport shuttle has extra price is not included, the breakfast is very few options. Nice rooms

Very close to the airport and the hotel connects you to the drivers who were very diligent and punctual. The hotel staff was extremely helpful ans supportive with my dad during a recent trip.

It well served our purpose being close to the airport. They also arranged a cab for us upon our departure early morning so that we can make our flight.

Staff allowed us to keep our room for an extra hour free of charge. The hotel is close to the airport. No hot water and Bogotá is a cold place. Beds were super comfy. We went down for breakfast but they had pretty much finished serving 20 minutes before breakfast was supposed to finish. We got some eggs but couldn’t get any other food

Good service and personnel, however, water takes about 15-20 open to get hot and it lasts about 3 minutes warm, dirty bathrooms and hair all over, TV wasn’t working too well, broken remote control. On the positive side, decent breakfast, spacious room and good service from employees. Good option for a day or two.

This hotel is surprisingly good for its price. I've stayed in premium Hilton hotels in Bogota and this hotel isn't substantially far behind. The space is limited, but good enough to deal with, the beds are decently sized. The staff knew English enough to help me make a reservation. I needed to make a quick stop away from my other hotel, so I chose this one. I was amazed. There's an elevator, and doors are opened with traditional metal keys.

This is not a very nice hotel to stay at. The area around the hotel is really sketchy. Staff did the bare minimum they had to. This hotel needs a make over for the price we paid. It is close to the airport so that is a bonus.

A basic 2 star hotel. Cleanliness and service were excellent. But, this hotel's amnenities need repair or updating 1) desk broken, 2) drain in shower missing, 3) shower handle not attached 4) overall furniture showing its patina. Not in the best of locations, use a taxi and avoid walking at night. Good for a flight layover or place just to sleep.
